roseLANGE: Heinz – passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 29, 2015 at the Woodstock General Hospital. Heiny Lange of Drumbo in his 82nd year.

Beloved husband of Joan Stevenson. Dear step father of Debi Langille & husband Mike Monroe of Paris, Lynn & husband Tom Bannister of St. George and Tammey & husband Ted Bilous of London. Sadly missed by his 7 grandchildren & 10 great grandchildren.

Heiny retired from the County of Oxford Roads Department after 23 years of service.

Relatives & Friends may call at the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William St., Plattsville on Friday October 2, 2015 from 6-9 pm. Funeral Service will be conducted in the Funeral Home Chapel on Saturday October 3, 2015 at 11:00am. Interment in the Wolverton Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation or the Charity of Ones Choice (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

DOBSON: Joseph Henry

Henry DodsonDOBSON: Joseph Henry – passed away peacefully on Saturday September 26, 2015 at his residence, Henry Dobson of RR#1 Drumbo and formerly of Plattsville in his 93rd year.

Beloved husband of Barbara (nee Kerr) whom he married November 6, 1965. Dear father of Monique Dobson & her husband George Boire of Toronto, Mignon Dobson of Revelstoke, B.C., and Dane Dobson & wife Jogie of RR#1 Drumbo. Sadly missed by his grandchildren Camille Dobson-Boire and Julian Dobson-Boire. He is also remembered by special friend Larry Kenny of Surrey, B.C.

Henry was predeceased by his first wife Martini (1963) and by his brothers and sisters Anne, John, Joan, Helen, Peter and Paul.

Relatives & Friends may call at the Glendinning Funeral Home 40 William St. Plattsville on Wednesday September 30, 2015 from 9:30-10:45am., followed by the funeral service in the Funeral Home Chapel at 11:00am. Interment will take place in St. James Anglican Cemetery, Wilmot Township.

In lieu of flowers, donations to the St. James Anglican Church or the M.C.C. (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

HAYCOCK: Gertrude Elizabeth (nee Cassidy)

roseHAYCOCK: Gertrude Elizabeth (nee Cassidy) – passed away peacefully on Sunday September 20, 2015 at the Woodstock General Hospital. Gertrude Haycock of Woodstock and formerly of Bright in her 84th year.

Dear mother of Gail & husband John Thompson of Bright, Ken Fogalin & wife Nancy of Ottawa, Donna Moore, Gary Haycock, Steve Haycock & wife Denise all of Woodstock and Gwen & husband Rob McLean of Kitchener. Sadly missed by her 11 grandchildren and 21 great grandchildren.

Predeceased by her grandson John “J.T.” Thompson, parents Lemuel & Ethel Cassidy and her sister Helen & husband Tom Kaufman.

A private family service will be conducted at the Glendinning Funeral Home, 40 William Street, Plattsville with interment in Chesterfield Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, donation to the Canadian Diabetic Association (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.

 

KRUEGER: Allan Gould

roseKRUEGER: Allan Gould – passed away peacefully on Tuesday September 15, 2015 at the John Noble Home, Brantford. Allan Krueger formerly of Drumbo in his 88th year.

Allan is survived by Edith Krueger and his son Scott. Dear brother of Robert Krueger of Cathcart. He will be lovingly remembered by his nieces Melanie & husband Earl Jaques of Cathcart and Jennifer Krueger and David Pedley of Scotland, by his great nieces and nephews David & Christi, Stanley & Melissa, Stacey & Cody, Sarah and by great great nieces and nephew Destiny, Christian, Charlotte and Lilly. Allan will be fondly remembered by the Azzopardi McClelland Family of Paris and also by the staff of the John Noble Home, Brantford.

Predeceased by his parents Herman & Sarah Krueger and his sister-in-law Irene Krueger.

Allan had been a longtime employee of King Truck Engineering in Woodstock and was an avid Trap and Skeet Shooter and Dart Player.

A private family service was conducted at the Glendinning Funeral Home 40 William St., Plattsville with interment in Drumbo Cemetery.   In lieu of flowers, donations to the Heart & Stroke Foundation (cheques accepted) would be appreciated by the family.
